Uniforms
In an effort to maintain the integrity and similarity of uniforms worn by students, we have openned a school shop on campus that supplies all uniform needs for every student enrolled. You may choose to order via phone or visit us to do your shopping.
Stationery
We require a specific standard to be maintaned in stationery used by all students. Our school shop provides stationery tailored to meet the required standard at very competitive prices.
Cambridge Examination Entry Fees
Please note that Cambridge examination entry fees are not included in the fees listed above
and all examination entries will be subject to quotation on completion of an entry form which can be downloaded here.
Only English, Math and Science are examined externally at Checkpoint. All examination fees are payable in full on invoice date.
Discounts Policy
- FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT: When fees are paid in full upfront, before January 31st: a 5% discount applies.
- SIBLINGS DISCOUNT: 5% for the 1st sibling; 10% for the 2nd sibling and every sibling after.
- REFERRAL DISCOUNT: If you give us a friend’s contact and they enrol – when they settle their first tuition installment, you receive a fixed R1,500 discount on your child’s 2019 tuition.
Payment Options
For Everyone
- If paying for one subject or practicals, entire amount is due at once. No discounts apply.
- All examination fees, textbooks and study materials are payable in full on invoice date.
For Zimbabwean Students
- OPTION A: Annually – Pay in full by 31 January and enjoy a 5% discount for tuition fees
- OPTION B: Termly – Pay half then the rest in 2 instalments:
- 50% of the total annual tuition fees payable by 31 January.
- The balance of total annual fees to be paid in 2 equal instalments by 25/04 and 01/09
- OPTION C: 10-Months – Pay a large deposit then the rest in monthly installments:
- A non-refundable minimum initial payment of $4,000 confirms registration and is deducted from the rest of tuition fees payable.
- The balance of the fees is paid in 9 monthly instalments by debit order from 1 February to 1 October.
For International Students
- ALL: A first non-refundable deposit of $3,000 will be required for issuance of the Acceptance letter.
- OPTION A: Annually – Pay in full by 31 January and enjoy a 5% discount for tuition fees
- OPTION B: Termly – Pay half then the rest in 2 instalments:
- 50% of the total annual tuition fees payable by 31 January.
- The balance of total annual fees to be paid in two equal instalments by 25 April and 1 September.
