The Great Hills Heritage High School Admission Office welcomes you and your family! We understand how overwhelming it can feel as you look for the right school for your child. We are here to help you in any way we can.  Whether you would like information mailed to you, you would like to speak to someone for an overview of the school or about a specific program, or you would like to come visit, we are here for you.

Visit us at school or fill in the online Contact Form for a complete presentation about the school and our curriculum.

Entrance Test

Schedule an entrance test at school: the entrance test comprises of a Maths and an English test.

Interveiw

When paying the Entrance Examination fee, please make an ad hoc or once off payment. Do not load Great Hills Heritage High School as a regular Beneficiary until your child is offered a place at the school. Please use the beneficiary reference Exam: Child’s Surname, Initials (e.g. Exam:Smith,IJ).

Confirm Enrolment

  • Pay enrolment Fee
  • Submit copies of the learner’s last two (2) years’ report cards
  • Submit enrolment Form, Subject Form, Code of Conduct and Fee Policy duly filled and signed
  • Submit a copy of the learner’s ID, birth certificate or passport page
  • Submit two (2) passport-size pictures


Open House

Open House provides students and their families with the opportunity to tour the campus, meet with current students, faculty and parents. Tours are individualized and start from the main entrance on Matopos Road. Listen to a presentation from Great Hills Heritage High School’s president, meet with faculty from academic and co-curricular departments, and mingle with students and coaches in our Sports Facilities.

Entrance Exam Process

Entrance Examination

Once you have submitted your child’s application form and registration fee, you will need to enter him/her for the Entrance Examination in his Grade 7 year in order for him to be eligible for admission. Please note, if he/her has already applied to the school he/she is on the waiting list so please do not re-apply online. You are welcome to verify his/her registration with the Admissions Office.

Examination Details

Candidates will be examined in English and Mathematics. You will be advised on the examination schedule and location upon completion of the application process.

Submit the following supporting documents to the School Reception in hard copy after or via email to admissions@greathillsheritagehighschool.com.

  • Proof of payment of the $50usd examination fee
  • A copy of your son’s birth certificate
  • A copy of his December 2019 school report

Please note you may not submit an examination entry form without having first applied to the school.
